Location Based Whitelisting
If you're working from outside the U.S., please notify your implementation manager contact of your country or location so it can be whitelisted. This step is required to ensure successful interaction with Lucra’s services during testing, otherwise user verification and certain other requests may fail.

Testing Credentials (Web)
While testing on web, it is recommended to use your true information and phone number. Once an account has been created, contact your Implementation Manager to complete the account configuration for test usage.
