Implementation Support
The Lucra team will be a resource for you throughout the implementation process, and you will have a designated Implementation Manager to channel communication and assitance through. The Lucra team is happy to answer any questions you may have at any time.
Our implementation team hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5 pm ET, excluding holidays.
If you encounter blockers that are halting the implementation process, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Lucra team.
A Slack channel will be created to facilitate quick and easy support during implementation.
Q&A or check-in calls can be scheduled upon request.
